• Is there a difference in the Educational Reimbursement benefit offered for Orbis Customers tier wise?

  For Orbis Education Reimbursement, the limit of the benefit for Gold members is PKR 50,000/- and for Platinum members is PKR 100,000/-

• How many tiers of Orbis are there and how do they differ?.

  There are two tiers of the Orbis, Gold & Platinum. These two variants differ as (i) Gold is offered from PKR 200,000/- till PKR 499,000/- & (ii) Platinum is offered from PKR 500,000 and above

• Can a discount or deal offered on Orbis be clubbed/added with any other discount or deal being offered by the merchant?

  Deals & Discounts offered through Orbis cannot be clubbed/added with any other discount deals offered at any merchant.

• Does a customer need to get his Orbis activated?

  No. All Orbis are automatically activated and ready to use the FLP period is completed

• Does a customer need to renew his Orbis membership every year?

  No. Orbis membership is renewed automatically with the renewal of customer’s life insurance policy.

• Where can a customer avail Orbis discount?

  Orbis is functional on all partners mentioned on our website. For the updated list please visit:www.adamjeelife.com

• How many times can a customer avail this discount in a year or lifetime of policy?

  Discount deals and offers vary from brand to brand, which are subject to change as per the policy. Customers are advised to visit our website for updated list/policy of available discounts.

• Can a customer continue to use his/her Orbis in case of policy maturity, termination, cancellation or surrender?

  Orbis reward is available for in-forced policies only therefore all the benefits are applicable till the policy remains active and in-force. In case a customer wants to continue using these benefits, he/she has to buy another policy or continue with the current policy. All the benefits will be terminated in case his/her policy does not remains active.

• Are there any hidden charges or subscription fee applicable on Orbis ?

  No. Adamjee Life customers who pay a regular annual premium of at least PKR 200,000 or above are eligible for Orbis . No hidden charge or subscription fee is applicable on Orbis discounts.

• How are the services associated with Orbis Rewards different as compared to others?

  Orbis is a unique service that brings our customers amazing discount at awesome brand across the country. We differ from the industry through our Educational Reimbursement (see the section to know more).
